Rich is a co-owner of the St. Louis Naturals Baseball & Fastpitch Club along with his high school teammate Lance Schuermann. His passion for baseball began at Oakville Senior High and flourished throughout the collegiate level.

That passion continues to grow today having coached highly successful teams for the last 7 years. The rewards he receives from coaching and the game of baseball is being able to positively impact young players lives on and off the baseball field.
